My target 220 mi

Please sponsor me to cycle from Manchester to London in one day

I will be cycling 220 miles in a single day on Sunday 22 June 2025, starting in Manchester and finishing in London. I am raising vital funds for Ambitious about Autism.

I have completed this once before in 30 degrees heat and a headwind in 2023, which is the most challenging thing I have ever done. I also attempted the ride in reverse from London to Manchester in 2019, but had to be rescued out of a hailstorm in the Peak District 200 miles in!

Ambitious about Autism is the national charity standing with autisitc children and young people. They champion rights, campaign for change and create opportunities for autistic young people and their families.
