I’m taking part in the Rapha Ambitious Manchester to London bike ride. I will be taking on 220 miles in one day on Sunday 23 June and leaving my limits behind to raise funds for Ambitious about Autism.

Tuesday 13th May In just under 6 weeks time I'm taking on the challenge of cycling 220 miles from Manchester to London in one day. I'm doing this for Ambitious about Autism an organisation who work with individuals and their families to help autistic people achieve their potential and live long happy lives. As many of you will know this is a cause very close to my heart and the support a charity like AA provides is absolutely crucial to individuals and their families.Thank you to my Sponsors
