I will be cycling 220 miles in a single day on Sunday 22 June 2025. Starting in Manchester and finishing in London, I'll be leaving my limits behind to raise vital funds for Ambitious about Autism.
Ambitious about Autism is the national charity standing with autisitc children and young people. They champion rights, campaign for change and create opportunities for autistic young people and their families.

Sunday 8th Jun I’ve been putting the km in my legs on a regular basis. Funny how the prospect of having to ride for 16h focuses the head on getting fit. It always feels so last minute! At least last weekend I rode 200km on my own. That should mean that I’m ok for the 350 km in a group. The last two times I’ve done this ride I’ve made the school boy error of getting out of a group. That meant 100km on my own. Double the work and no one to talk to!Thank you to my Sponsors
