I’m taking part in the Rapha Ambitious Manchester to London bike ride. I will be taking on 220 miles in one day on Sunday 23 June and leaving my limits behind to raise funds for Ambitious about Autism.

Ambitious about Autism want to help create a world where autistic children and young people are heard, included and supported. 

Just £20 can contribute towards a family support worker for an autistic young person. This could allow Ambitious about Autism to provide telephone support to a family in crisis on matters such as welfare, health, and legal support.

I just wanted to thank everyone who has been so generous in supporting me (and Ambitious about Autism) for yesterday's ride. Although I've done this event before, I don't think I've been quite so nervous setting off as my body seemed determined to fall apart in the weeks leading up to the event. 
Having the support from you all really helped me get through the discomfort I was feeling.
