Ambitious Your Way

This is an opportunity to give yourself a challenge of your own making. Take part in our virtual challenge over the weekend of 26 - 27 June.

It could be a solo challenge or why not get your friends and family to sign up and join you!

Some more virtual challenge ideas for inspiration:

  • Cycle 220 miles from wherever you like, spilt across the weekend
  • Swim for 220 minutes
  • Do 220 press ups, star jumps or squats
  • Volunteer 22 hours of your time to support your local community

'I am a primary school teacher and have taught many children with autism over the years. The values of Ambitious about Autism seemed to align with my own. There are not many charities that focus on autism, and the response was extremely positive from friends and family who have experienced it in their lives. They were pleased to know that there was somewhere to turn if they ever needed support or advice.

I would recommend the Ambitious Your Way challenge to anyone that wants to support the amazing Ambitious About Autism charity but either cannot attend the Manchester to London event on the day, or who wants to complete the 220 miles over a few rides (or runs, swims, rows, etc) in their own time. If the “My Way” option hadn’t been available, I wouldn’t have been able to raise money so easily for an important charity close to my heart.'

Why take part?

By taking part in Ambitious Your Way, you’re raising vital funds and awareness. You’re helping us stand with autistic children and young people, champion their rights, and create life-changing opportunities.

About our charity

Our journey started in 1997 when a group of parents set up TreeHouse School. At a time when autistic children faced little or no chance of receiving a full and rewarding education, these parents were determined to change this for their children.

This pioneering approach has evolved over time as we’ve adapted and grown as an organisation. What started with four pupils has grown to become a charity that has supported thousands of autistic children and young people. Today we run schools and a college that focus on improving the quality of life of learners to enable them to learn, thrive and achieve.
