Monday 22nd Jun
After 2 weeks of over training in very hot weather in the Peaks and Mallorca followed by a virus and 2 weeks recovery I am looking to have an easy week of riding now. My idea of riding back the next day is in the balance as I don’t want to make myself unwell again! 

Two Sunny Weeks

Thursday 11th Jun
With holidays coinciding with some hot weather I was able to get some serious rides down in the Peaks and continue with some classic rides in Mallorca including Coll de Soller and Sa Calobra!
Coming back I have had an annoying virus this week and back at work but counting down now to the end of the month with easy rides. Fingers crossed for better weather again!
