The Hat-Trick: Manchester to London in 24 Hours (Year 3!)
If you know me, you know I love a cycling challenge. But riding 220 miles from Manchester to London in one day is a completely different beast—and on June 28th, I'm taking it on for the third time.
This iconic ride was originally started by Simon Mottram (the founder of Rapha) to raise money for Ambitious about Autism—a brilliant charity that helped support his own autistic son. Having done this twice before, I know exactly how brutal it is, but I wanted to step up and back that legacy again.
While I don't have a direct personal connection to autism, I've seen the incredible work they do. Autistic children and young people face enormous challenges every day. Ambitious about Autism provides early intervention, specialized education, and support to ensure these young people can thrive.
I am putting my legs through the wringer for a third time to help them continue this work. If you have a few pounds to spare to back my training and support an amazing cause, it would mean the absolute world to me!

Progress update: 6 weeks to go!
Friday 15th May
Balancing the swim and run sessions on top of these massive cycling blocks is definitely keeping me on my toes, but I'm pushing my limits to make sure I'm ready for June 28th.
If you’ve been meaning to support my ride for Ambitious about Autism, the donation link is right here. Every bit of fuel helps!

What a challenge! Best of luck Harriet

Wishing you the very best of luck, being autistic myself (and fortunate enough to get support as a child) I'm very happy to support such a tough challenge for such an incredible cause!
