Please support my Ambitious challenge!
On Sunday 28 June 2026, I’ll be riding 220 miles in a single day from Manchester to London.
A test of endurance. A journey that will demand everything - physically and mentally - but one that gives back so much more.
I’m taking on the Ambitious 220 Challenge to raise funds for Ambitious about Autism, the national charity supporting autistic children and young people.
For the past 18 years, I’ve been fortunate to work as a sports coach and mentor with children and young people with autism, in primary and secondary schools and now in community settings. The work can be challenging at times, but ensuring that young people, their families and those who support them have access to opportunities that others often take for granted is incredibly important.
Today, I spend around 25 hours each week working with four remarkable young men, helping to create stability, confidence and opportunities for them to grow. It is some of the most rewarding and enjoyable work I have ever done.
Every mile and every turn of the pedals will help create a world where autistic children and young people are accepted for who they are and given every opportunity to realise their ambitions.
This is more than a ride. It has purpose.
