I Love Cafe Rides

Monday 20th May
I continued to train hard this weekend by visting two of my favourite cycling cafes in one ride.  Chiltern Velo and Spokes.  Both served great coffee whilst trying to get some life back into my legs, during what turned out to be quite a hilly ride. It was nice to see some sun on a ride at last

Monday 13th May
4 days in Majorca is the way to kick start it!!  A tough couple of opening days but got easier as the week went on.  Just need to keep it up now.
