On Sunday 28 June 2026, I’ll be riding 220 miles in a single day from Manchester to London. It’s a huge physical challenge – hours in the saddle, pushing through fatigue, and riding further than I ever have before.

But this ride isn’t just about endurance. It’s about making a difference.

I’m taking on the Ambitious 220 Challenge to raise money for Ambitious about Autism, a national charity that stands alongside autistic children and young people and helps them reach their full potential.

Too many autistic young people grow up misunderstood, unsupported, or without the opportunities they deserve. With the right support, understanding, and education, that can change. Every donation helps provide the tools, resources, and advocacy needed to create a world where autistic young people are accepted for who they are and empowered to realise their ambitions.

For me, this means 220 miles of effort in one day.
For them, it can mean a lifetime of opportunity.
