I’m taking part in the Rapha Ambitious Manchester to London bike ride. I will be taking on 220 miles in one day on Sunday 23 June to raise funds for Ambitious about Autism.


Ambitious about Autism want to help create a world where autistic children and young people are heard, included and supported. 


Any amount can contribute towards a family support worker for an autistic young person. This could allow Ambitious about Autism to provide telephone support to a family in crisis on matters such as welfare, health, and legal support.

Short Introduction

Thursday 15th Feb
I wanted to join this event to ride for a good cause and to challenge myself as a new cyclist. 

One of the reasons I have chosen this event is my experience as a carer. Ambitious about Autism provides support to parents and workers for children and young adults, which I wished I had when caring for an ill relative.

I started cycling in November 2023 and have been cycling as much as I can since then, sometimes to the detriment of my studies as a postgrad in London.
