M2L Classic

220 miles in a single day.
Join Rapha’s founder, Simon Mottram, on the iconic route from central Manchester to Rapha HQ, London. An extraordinary test of physical and mental endurance, it promises to be the most demanding, and the most rewarding, ride of your year.

Ambitious about Autism is a truly remarkable organisation. They have been a huge support to my wife and me and to my son Oscar over many years through Treehouse School and more recently Ambitious College. Their passion, expertise and, perhaps most of all, their sheer ambition makes a vital difference to all the families whose lives they touch and I'm very proud to be one of their ambassadors.

About us

We believe every autistic child and young person has the right to be themselves and realise their ambitions.

We started as one school and have become a movement for change. We champion rights, campaign for change and create opportunities

About autism

Autism is a lifelong developmental disability which affects more than 1 in 100 people in the UK. In England’s schools, around 1 in 34 pupils are autistic.

Autism affects the way a person communicates and how they experience the world around them.

It is described as a spectrum condition because, while autistic people share certain characteristics, they are highly individual in their interests, needs and preferences.

Some autistic people live independently, but others need additional support because of a learning disability or other health needs such as a mental health condition or epilepsy.

Autistic children and young people face enormous challenges due to a lack of understanding of their needs. Early intervention and support are critical if autistic children and young people are to be themselves and realise their ambitions.
